Refund & Return Policy

Customer Agreement
By purchasing from Trontech LED, customers agree to our full terms and conditions. Please read the product information, including descriptions, compatibility, warranty, installation instructions, and shipping details before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at sales@trontechled.com before we ship your items to avoid paying return shipping costs and credit card processing fees. If you cancel before shipment, or if the order is refused or undeliverable, we will deduct shipping fees and credit card processing fees (3.5%-5%, depending on your payment method) from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to return any unused, re-sellable items for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include a Trontech LED Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Some items (e.g., vinyl wraps, carbon fiber spoilers) are non-returnable once the adhesive is removed.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be UNUSED and in new, re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Discontinued items are not returnable or exchangeable. However, we may offer store credit for defective discontinued items if reported within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us product photos within 3 business days. After confirmation, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Shipping Fees
Any fees from ‘Refused’ or ‘Return to Sender’ shipments will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, taxes, and handling fees. We do not cover customs fees. Returns from international customers are also subject to their country’s customs taxes and duties.

Return Time Limit
Orders cannot be returned after 15 days. If you wish to exchange an item after 15 days, we may offer a partial refund.

Installation Issues
Refunds are not issued for installation failures. If you experience installation issues, please contact our Technical Support Department. We provide troubleshooting assistance and replacement parts at material and shipping costs.

Replacement Parts
If you need a replacement part due to installation mistakes or damage, please send us a photo along with your request. We charge material and shipping costs for replacement parts, but we do not charge for labor.
